Return / Exchange Policy
Processing the order within India takes 3 – 5 working days, and shipping takes 7 – 10 working days.
We do not offer refunds. However, we accept returns against exchange or store credit valid for 12 months.
The product bought will only be accepted for exchange if informed within 5 days after delivery and is in perfect condition with no damage, stains, or marks.
The Vishvkanya Team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
Exchange is only applicable once and must be with products of equal or higher price value.
No Returns or Exchanges for Discounted/Sale products.
Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
In case of an exchange, customers are required to pay an exchange fee of Rs. 150 for us to book the reverse pick-up and send the exchanged piece.
