Returns + Exchanges

At Chhorii, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we do allow returns for store credit or exchange, subject to the terms below.
Processing & Shipping Time
    • Orders are processed within 3 – 5 working days.
    • Delivery typically takes 7 – 10 working days across India.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
    • No refunds are provided.
    • Returns are accepted only for exchange or store credit (valid for 12 months).
    • Notify us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return.
    • Items must be in:
      • Perfect condition (unused, unwashed, no stains, damages, or perfume)
      • Original packaging with all tags intact
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
    • Discounted or sale items
    • Returns requested after 5 days
    • Used, altered, or damaged products
    • Multiple exchanges – only one exchange per order is allowed
Fees & Charges
    • A fee of Rs. 150 applies for reverse pickup and re-shipping.
    • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Please record an unboxing video when opening your package. This is required to resolve any disputes regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect items. We reserve the right to request this video in case of any issue.
